As with most Hawaiian words, malama can hold different meanings based on the individuals involved and varying circumstances. However, the general known meanings that have emerged from this word include: care, tend, attend, preserve, protect, maintain, support, and loyalty.
The main way we identify with malama is to provide caring solutions to individuals’ real estate dilemmas. We do this by taking the time to get to know our clients and get the full story of each situation so we can best serve them. If for whatever reason we are unable to provide the best solution for our clients, we do our best to refer them to the next best option. We aim to provide win-win solutions for everyone involved. This is why at the core of our mission we strive to embody malama in all the work we do with each individual and the greater community as a whole.
